Built 1952 on the site of the previous theatre of that name (destroyed in World War II). Originally used as a musical theatre and as a cinema. 2007 rebuilding. Reopened as "TUI-Operettenhaus" after a sponsor. 2014 oficially renamed "Stage Operettenhaus" after its operator, Stage Entertainment. 1385 seats.
