Built 1904 by George E. Hutchinson for the Catholic Episcopal Corporation of Antigonish. 900 seats. The building also included a gymnasium, club rooms, and a library. 1950 major interior rebuilding for educational use (and a small theatre). Used by the Cape Breton Centre for Craft and Design, the Lyceum Museum, visiting exhibits and a small public stage.
