MacInnes Place Performing arts center, opened July 1987 as "Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center". 2009 renamed "David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Performing Arts" after a donor. 2018 major renovations. The complex contains several halls: Carol Morsani Hall (2610 seats), Ferguson Hall (1042 seats), Jaeb Theater (268 seats), Shimberg Playhouse (130 seats) and TECO Theater (flexible seating).
