Over 3000 seats. 1950 renamed "Loew's Theatre", from then mainly used for concerts. 1972 renamed "Palace Concert Theater", 19782 renamed "Ocean State Theatre". From 1999 major renovations. In the 2000s re-opened as "Providence Performing Arts Center". Used for shows, concerts, drama performances and as a cinema.
