McElfatrick & Sons, replacing a previous "Brooklyn Park Theatre" building on the site. Opened 27 Aug 1890 as "Col. Sinn's New Park Theatre" with "W. S. Cleveland's Minstrel Show". From 1895, only known as "Park Theatre". In November 1905 renamed "Shubert Theatre" (also known as "Shubert Park Theatre" or "Shubert Theatre of Varieties"). 1907 re-renamed "Park Theatre".
