Built 1888 by John B. McElfatrick for Oscar Hammerstein I. Later renamed "Keith & Proctor's Harlem Opera House". Used as a vaudeville theatre. 1922 purchased by Frank Schiffman and Leo Brecher. Used for jazz concerts and as a cinema. 1540 seats. Demolished (in the 1960s?).
