Lamb and Eugene DeRosa, converting the complex to the nightclub "International Casino" and the cinema "Criterion Theatre". 1988 Criterion Theatre converted into a theatre proper and renamed "Criterion Center Stage Right". 2000 the whole complex was to a toys shop.
