Built 1812 as Third Associated Reformed Presbyterian Church by John McComb jr. at a site in Murray Stret. Later relocated to 8th Street. From 1852 used as a Catholic parish church named "St. Ann's Church". 1879 rebuilt (changing the facade) and converted into a theatre named "Tivoli Theatre". Ca. 1884 renamed "New Eight-Street Theatre". 1893 renamed "Germania Theatre". Closed 1902. Demolished 1903.
