Used as a minstrel hall by Christy. 1867 first known as "Fifth Avenue Theatre". 1868 rebuilding by James Fisk. Re-opened as "Brougham's Theatre". 1869 renamed "Daly's Fifth Avenue Theatre" (named after the manager, Augustin Daly). Destroyed by a fire on 1 Jan 1873. |
