Built 1888 by J. B. McElfatrick and Sons for Frank Sanger and T. Henry French. Opened 3 March 1888 as a playhouse with Sardou's "La Tosca". Ca. 1700 seats. 1908 purchased by B. S. Moss and renamed "B. S. Moss Broadway Theatre". Used as a vaudeville theatre and cinema. Ca. 1700 seats. Closed 2 Jan 1929. Demolished in 1929.
