Concert hall, built for Siegfried Leschziner. Opened 7 Oct 1911. The complex contained a main concert hall and a smaller hall. Ca. 1913 converted in to a cinema and renamed "Paramount Theatre". Later used as a commercial building. Demolished after 1960.
