Auditorium and theatre building of the University of Minnesota, built 1928-1929 by Clarence H. Johnston. Named "Cyrus Northrop Memorial Auditorium" in honour of the university's second president. 2006 and 2011-2014 major renovation. Originally 4847 seats, now 2692 seats. Used for concerts, ballet performances, lectures and various university events.
