Built 1911-1912 by Albert Kahn for the National Theater Company. Opened 24 Nov 1912 as "National Theatre". 1913 purchased by the Keith-Albee-Orpheum circuit, rebuilding by Joseph & Joseph. Re-opened 1913 as "B. F. Keith Theatre", also known as "B. F. Keith's National Theatre". 2800 seats. Later also used as a cinema. Closed 1952, subsequently demolished in favour of a parking lot.
