From the 1950s, used as a live theatre and cinema. 1953 renamed "Eitel's Palace Theatre", 1965 "Bismarck Palace Theatre". 1984 renamed "Bismarck Theatre", subsequently used as a convert venue. 1999 major renovations, re-opened as "Cadillac Palace Theatre".
