Built by John E. O. Pridmore. Opened 1904 as "Avenue Theatre", used as a vaudeville theatre. 1908 converted to a cinema, re-opened as "National Theatre". Closed in the 1930s. 1935 rebuilding. Re-opened as "Ace Theatre". 1950 renamed "Kim Theatre". 1966 renamed "Kim Art Theatre" and used as an adult cinema. Later demolished.
