Library and performing arts center, built by Gantt Huberman Architects and Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture. Opened 2005. The complex contains Hugh McColl Family Theatre (570 seats) and Wells Fargo Playhouse (250 seats). Home to a branch of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and the Children's Theatre of Charlotte.
