Interior mostly destroyed during asbestos removal in the 1980s. 2002 exterior restoration. 2005-2008 converted into a performing arts center by Elkus Manfredi Architects for Emerson College. Re-opened 18 March 2010. The complex contains two theatre halls (550 seats and 125 seats), a cinema (170 seats), rehearsal space and classrooms.
