Multi-purpose hall of the "Omni International Complex" convention and exhibition centre, built 1971-1972 by Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates. Opened 14 Oct 1972. Used as a sports venue, for conventions and for major pop concerts. Closed 1997 and demolished in favour of the new "Philips Arena".
