Built 1893 as "DeGive's Grand Opera House" for Laurent DeGive. After an auditorium rebuilding, renamed "Loew's Grand Theatre" and used as a cinema. Site of the world premiere screening of "Gone with the Wind" on 15 Dec 1939. Damaged by fire in Jan 1978. Remains demolished in favour of the office block "Georgia-Pacific Tower".
