Opened 29 June 1904 as "Pavilion", a seaside pavilion used as an assembly hall and concert hall. 1929 converted into a cinema, reopened 9 Sep 1929 as "Pavilion Cinema". Closed as a cinema on 16 June 1951. Subsequently again used for live performances. 1976 converted into a casino. Closed 2008-2013.
