Built by Law Dunbar Naismith. Opened 15 Apr 1976. The complex contained a theatre and a cinema hall. 2007 rebuildings by Page\Park Architects (with addition of another theatre and another cinema). The complex now includes: Empire Theatre (840 seats), One Touch Theatre (247 seats), La Scala Cinema (138 seats) and Playhouse Cinema (84 seats).
