Ship Theatre: Paquebot LibertÚ

Steamship launched in 1930 as "Expressdampfer Europa" by Norddeutscher Lloyd (Bremen, Germany). 1940-1944 used by German armed forces, 1945-1946 used by U.S. armed forces. 1946 awarded to the French company Compagnie GÚnÚrale Transatlantique as a price of war. 1946-1947 major rebuilding. 1950 renamed "Paquebot LibertÚ". Wrecked in 1962.
