Variety theatre and restaurant, opened 1884. The main hall was located in the upper floor. From 1897 also used as a cinema. 1912 upper floor hall converted into a cinema named "Victoria-Lichtspiele" (800 seats). Closed 1912. After World War I used as a nightclub named "Fledermaus" in the upper floor hall and a small variety theatre on the ground floor. Closed 1921. 1921 ground floor hall converted into a cinema named "U.T.-Lichtspiele" (500 seats). Closed 1922. From 1922 used as storage hall for the "Fledermaus" nightclub. The whole complex was destroyed by bombs in 1942.
