Multi-purpose event hall and community centre, built 1972-1976 by Sippel Trubert Klein architects. Opened 10-12 Jan 1976. Main hall: up to 1148 seats (or 1800 standing). Named after the silk weavers that once worked in Krefeld's most important industry. On 24 Nov 2018 the city council voted for the demolition of the complex.
