From 1894, home to the "Stadttheater Hof", used for guest performances of Stadttheater Plauen and touring companies. 1929-1930 refurbishment (800 seats). 1933 renamed "Grenzlandtheater". 1948 renamed "Nordostoberfränkisches Städtebundtheater". 501 seats.
