Theatre and multi-purpose event venue, built 1900 as hotel, restaurant and event venue "Schützenhof", replacing the former "Schützenhof". 1924 extension by a ballroom. 1931 purchased by the city of Hamm and renamed "Kurhaus". 1987 major renovations. 2003 replacement of the former theatre hall by a new theatre hall building behind the historic wing that is now used as a restaurant. 600 seats.
