Built 1851 as a restaurant. 1880-1881 probably rebuilding. 1881 re-opened as "Concordia", a restaurant and ballroom. 1945 sequestered by the city of Bremen and used as an interim home to the Künstler-Theater. From 1949 used as a cinema named "Concordia-Lichtspiele", from 1952 named "Concordia-Filmtheater". 442 seats. Closed 1969. From 1971 used as a studio stage by the municipal Bremer Theater company (120 seats). Closed 2008. Demolished 2016.
