Cinema and theatre, built 1927-1929 by Hans Poelzig. Opened 11 April 1929. 1993 closed due to safety concerns. Renovated and reopened in 2001. Originally 1239 seats, now 437 seats (plus a second hall with 68 seats on the former stage and a third hall with 70 seats). The original Philips cinema organ is still in use (after renovations 1993-1998, 2005-2008 and 2019).
