Multi-purpose hall of the inn "Zum Schwarzen Mann", built around 1875. From 1945, operated by the "HO" organization. 1975 purchased by the commune. 1985 re-opened as "Kulturhaus Walter Neuber" (named after the first mayor of Bennewitz after World War II). Closed 1994. Re-opened 1996. Closed 2012. Subsequently converted into a senior citizens' home ("Seniorenzentrum Alter Gasthof").
