Multi-purpose hall, built 1888-1890 by Trobsch. 1996-1998 major renovation. The building contains a gallery, a library, a tourist information office and two halls, "Großer Saal" (300 seats) and "Blauer Saal" (70 seats). Used for concerts and conventions.
