Spa house, built 1914-1916 by Karl Stöhr. The building contained two concert halls. Large hall: up to 850 seats. Damaged by bombs in World War II. Subsequently rebuilt and used for concerts and various events, including carnival balls. 1976-2015 used as a gambling casino. Major rebuilding and renovation from 2017. It is planned to use the renovated building as part of the neighboring convention centre "Eurogress".
