Opened in the 1870s as "Le Chalet". 1882 renamed "Le Prado", 1890 renamed "Alhambra" and "Athénée-Comique", 1891 "Théâtre Moncey", 1894 "Théâtre X", 1899 "Théâtre Maguéra" after its director, the French actress Mademoiselle Maguéra (Magda de Clappier), 1903 again "Théâtre Moncey", later "Titiana-Théâtre" and again "Théâtre Moncey". Also used as a cinema. Closed 1948. Demolished 1954-1955.
