Built 1952-1955 by Adolphe Danis. Named after the French writer and politician, André Malraux (1901-1976). The complex includes a theatre and conference hall (originally 692 seats, now 595 seats) and a ballroom. The ground floor of the theatre hall is also used as cinema "Le Régent" (350 seats).
