Used for music hall performances and as a ballroom. Later renamed "Salle Saint-Saëns", named after the French composer, Camille Saint-Saëns (1835-1921). 1917 converted into a cinema named "Excelsior-Palace". Later purchased by the city of Béziers, renamed "Maison du Peuple" and used as a multi-purpose hall. Demolished in the 1960s and replaced by the "Palais des Congrès". Link: Wikidata |
