Built by Cassiano Branco and Carlo Florencio Dias. Opened 1931. Used as a theatre and cinema. Closed 1989. Later used as a record store. 2001 converted into a hotel ("Orion Eden Hotel", now "Vip Executive Eden Aparthotel"), saving only the façade. Auditorium demolished.
