Music conservatory, built 1927-1928 by Dick Greiner. The building contained two halls:

  • Grote Zaal (Great Hall): Opened 24 Oct 1928. 520 seats.
  • Kleine Zaal (Small Hall): Opened 24 October 1928. 1940 converted into a theatre, renamed "Minerva Paviljoen". Opened 14 Dec 1940 with Keith Winter's "De sterkste". 150 seats.
Closed after a fire on 18 May 1969. Demolished in 1973.
