(Penzing); Linzer Straße 297 Palace built 1779 for General Andreas Hadik von Futak as "Schloss Oberbaumgarten". 1891-1892 extended by a multi-purpose hall and used as an entertainment venue. After World War II used as a cultural centre by the politcal party SPÖ and as a TV studio. Since 2010 mainly used as for cultural performances and as an event venue. Notable world premieres:
