Built 1904-1905 by Franz von Krauß and Josef Tölk. Originally used for drama performances. 1200 seats. Since 1910, used as an operetta theatre. 1951-1953 used as a second stage by the Theater in der Josefstadt company. 1953 renamed "Broadwaybühne" and briefly used for musical performances. Later used as rehearsal stage for the radio station "Sender Rot-Weiß-Rot". Demolished in 1960 in favour of a bank office building.
