• The Montserrat Caballe biography "Casta Diva" says (p. 82):
  

  "Her debut in the role of Pamina was arranged for the 1963 Lausanne Festival with Mady Mesplé, Gottlob Frick and Fritz Wunderlich*" (...)

  The footnote reads:

  "According to Montserrat, one of the performances was broadcast, and she is sure that a recording survives in the archives of Swiss radio."

• According to Swiss Radio DRS, a search in all their archives (at Lausanne, Geneva, Zurich and Basel) yielded no results. They are sure that there is not and never has been such a tape.
