Later purchased by Sylvester Z. Poli and renamed "Poli's Grand Theatre". 1926 major rebuilding and extension by Thomas W. Lamb (3500 seats), re-opened as "Fox-Poli Palace Theatre". 1928 renamed "Loew's Poli". 1967 renamed "Showcase Cinemas". Closed 1998. 2002 acquired by the Worcester Center for the Performing Arts organization. Subseqently major renovations, converted into a performing arts center.
