Partly-roofed wooden open-air theatre, built 1971 by MacFayden and Knowles. Named in honour of the parents of founder and donor Catherine Filene Shouse, department-store owner Lincoln Filene and his wife. Destroyed by fire in 1982. Subsequently rebuilt to similar plans. Operated by the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
