Opened 9 April 1917 as "Majestic Theatre". 3000 seats. From 1923 used as a cinema. Closed 1971. 1971-1973 major rebuilding, demolishing the original auditorium. 1973 renamed "Lederer Theater Center" and re-opened as a live theatre with two new theatre halls: Chace Theater (ca. 500 seats) and Dowling Theater (ca. 300 seats).
