Later renamed "Paramound Theatre" (with the neon sign lettering changing from "Portland" to "Paramount"). 1984 renamed "Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall" after the American philanthropist and art collector, Arlene Schnitzer (1929-2020). In 1984 the sign was replaced by a replica, with the lettering changed back to "Portland". Home to the Oregon Symphony. Originally 3400 seats, now 2776 seats.
