Cinema and vaudeville theatre, built in Egyptian Revival style, replacing the former Dewey Theater (collapesed in 1916). Opened 25 Dec 1926 as "Egyptian Theatre". 1963 renamed "Silver Wheel Theatre". 1998 major renovation. Re-opened as "Egyptian Theatre", also known as "Mary J. Steiner Egyptian Theatre". Originally 400 seats, later reduced to 266 seats. One of the venues of the Sundance Film Festival.
