Built 1904 by Kees & Colburn for the Orpheum Circuit. Opened 22 Oct 1904 as "Orpheum Theatre". Ca. 1490 seats. 1922 renamed "7th Sreet Theatre" (after the new "Hennepin Theatre" was renamed "Orpheum Theatre"), subsequently used as a cinema. Closed 1940. Subsequently demolished.
