Built 1902 by Louis Curtiss for Colonel Willis Wood. Opened 25 Aug 1902. From the 1910s, also used as a cinema. Destroyed by a fire in January 1917. Remains demolished 1918 in favour of the Kansas City Athletic Club building (now Mark Twain Tower).
