Built 1887 by Richard Alfred Waite as "Music Hall", replacing a short-lived former "Music Hall" (built 1883 by August Esenwein, destroyed by fire in 1885). Later renamed "Teck Theatre" ("Shubert's Teck Theatre", "Loew's Teck Theatre"). Closed 1933. 1946 major rebuilding by by B. Frank Kelly, re-opened as a cinema named "Shea's Teck Theatre". Mostly demolished in the early 1980s in favour of a street. Facade demolished 1992.
