Built by Frank Matcham. Opened Sep 1907 as "Willesden Empire Hippodrome Theatre", a music hall and variety theatre. 1908 renamed "Willesden Hippodrome Theatre". 1983 seats. 1927 rebuilding. 1928-1929 and 1930-1938 used as a cinema. Destroyed by bombs in August/September 1940. Remains demolished 1957. [1960, the office block "Harlesden House" was built on the site.]
