Built 1912 by Frank Matcham for Oswald Stoll. Opened 2 Sep 1912. 1940 seats. Severely damaged by a fire on 19 Aut 1913. Rebuilt and re-opened 15 Nov 1913. Closed 29 June 1959. Subsequently demolished in favour of an office block (Empire House).
