Built 1916 by Vickers. Named in honour of Princess Helena, daughter of Queen Victoria. Opened 26 July 1916 by Princess Helena. Destroyed by a fire on 4 Dec 1916. Rebuilt 1919. 1921 converted into a cinema. Later renamed "Ritz Cinema". Closed 1 Dec 1956. Demolished 1957.
